Project Description

The Neil Street water tank was inspected by Tank Industry Consultants in 2021 for structural, sanitary, safety, and operational deficiencies. The evaluation concluded the tank requires interior shell and floor painting to address corrosion and pitting and additional repairs to address safety and sanitary issues. This project will address the deficiencies outlined in the report including cleaning and painting the interior and exterior of the tank, pit and foundation repairs, safety modifications, and operational repairs.
