Laurel Ridge Waterline Replacement and Water Quality Upgrades

Project Description

This project will evaluate the system and replace existing waterlines in the Laurel Ridge Subdivision to improve accessibility and reliability. Existing waterlines are located in steep mountainous terrain, crossing a ravine and wet weather creek that are inaccessible to equipment for maintenance and repairs. The existing waterline layout has a dead-end that creates water quality issues. This project will provide a waterline design and construction to improve water quality and relocation to more accessible areas. The project includes a PER(Preliminary Engineering Report) in FY2027, design in FY2028, and construction in FY2029.
