Project Description

The corrugated metal culverts under Mabry Lane are aging and at risk of failure. Over the years the pipe has rusted and has lost much of its structural integrity. While this pipe system is located within the Town of Blacksburg, this road is the sole public access to the Warm Hearth community within Montgomery County. If this pipe were to collapse, it would restrict ingress and egress to all residents.
