Project Title

Broce Drive Culvert Repair

Status

New

Project Description

Replacing a stormwater system is necessary when the aging infrastructure becomes physically damaged or overwhelmed by capacity issues due to increased flows and urbanization. Joint separation allows soil to be washed away, creating voids that lead to ground instability and potential road collapse. This separation also creates entry points for tree roots and can lead to blockages, backups, and the eventual failure of the pipe system. This project aims to restore the separation at the existing 54-inch concrete pipe to avoid impacts to Broce Drive and install a headwall to stabilize the pipe in the future.
