Project Description

The following sidewalk infill sections are a priority of the Corridor Committee and were designed using ARPA funding.

Mt. Tabor Road : This project will construct sidewalk from North Main Street to Tabor Village Drive for a distance of approximately 740 feet. The new sidewalk will improve pedestrian safety along Mount Tabor Road. Penn Street: This project will construct sidewalk from East Roanoke Street along the Penn Street frontage at 210 Roanoke Street for a distance of approximately 160 feet. The new sidewalk will improve pedestrian safety along Penn Street. Washington Street: This project will construct sidewalk along the Washington Street frontage of 207 Penn Street and 301 Washington Street for a distance of approximately 210 feet. The new sidewalk will improve pedestrian safety along Washington Street and install ADA ramps at the northwest and northeast corners of Washington and Penn streets. Prospect Street: This project will construct sidewalk along the west right-of-way of Prospect Street from Clay Street to Washington Street for a distance of approximately 440 feet. The new sidewalk will improve pedestrian safety along Prospect Street and install ADA ramps at the northwest, southeast, and southwest corners of Prospect and Clay streets.
