Meadowbrook Drive Trail Phase 2 & Parking Lot

Project Description

This project includes construction of a paved parking area on Town property at the intersection of Meadowbrook and Glade roads as a trail head for the Meadowbrook Trail and other trails. Parking area will provide up to 14 parking space, including 1 ADA space, and up to 4 horse trailer parking spots. Construction is expected to be completed in FY27. Meadowbrook Drive Trail Phase 2 is planned to be a continuation of the Phase 1 trail from Stone Cutters Hollow to the McDonald Hollow Trails parking area. Phase 2 includes a ten-foot wide asphalt path, bridge, and boardwalk.
