Quasi-external Revenues:

This revenue source is a reimbursement of the estimated costs of General Fund services applied to the Town’s other operating funds. These services include financial administration, human resources, information technology, public works, and engineering.

FINES AND FORFEITS Court Fines and Forfeitures: Fines collected on Town ordinance violations issued by the Police Department.

MISCELLANEOUS REVENUE Cable Company Contribution to WTOB:

Contribution provided by the cable company to Town of Blacksburg to support the public access channel in the amount of 1.75% of cable company’s revenues from Basic and Expanded services. Fees imposed on various services and programs offered by the Parks and Recreation Department Aquatic Division.
