By digging into the data and working closely with teams, we implemented initiatives that generated more than $1 million in annual productivity and rework cost savings. Beyond the numbers, it was about creating a culture where teams believed improvement was always possible. Over the years, I’ve helped lead capital expansions, navigate consolidations, and guide plants through industry shifts. Each transformation reinforced the same lesson: when leaders listen to the story in the data and engage people in the process, the results follow. Now, as Chief Commercial Officer at Flex-Metrics, I bring that same data-driven approach to manufacturers across industries.
