Did you promote them because they were great operators, or did you train them to be leaders? Do they work reasonable hours, or is burnout baked into the job? Do they connect teams across shifts-or just slap duct tape on the cracks? Because here's the truth: culture doesn't flow from memos or posters. It lives or dies with the presence of frontline leaders. And if your supervisors are drowning, your culture is too.
