ADMINISTRATION, MODIFICATION, MISCELLANEOUS
A.
Expenses shall be chargeable to the Fund.
B.
Management, investment, and distribution of the Fund shall be subject to such other rules as may be applicable, including, but not limited to, those found in the following places: Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Trustees; actions of Council; UMIFA and other statutes; and restriction and directives applicable to the individual sub-funds within the Fund. The Executive committee shall review annually this Endowment Policy Statement and make such amendments thereto as it deems advisable. Such amendments will then be ratified at Convention. The Executive Committee reserves the right to amend or repeal this Endowment Policy Statement at any time. This Endowment Policy Statement supersedes previous investment policy statements. The adoption of this Endowment Policy Statement by the Executive Committee is pursuant to the authority, contained in the Bylaws of the Trustees, which directs the Executive Committee to conduct the affairs of the Trustees between meetings of the Trustees’ board. This Endowment Policy Statement was adopted by the Council of the Diocese of Southwestern Virginia on the 1st day of February, 1998. This Endowment Policy Statement was voted into effect by the Executive Committee of the Trustees on the 28th day of January 1999. This Endowment Policy Statement was amended by the Executive Committee of the Trustees on the 25th day of January, 2007. This amended Endowment Policy Statement was ratified by the Trustees at the Annual Meeting on February 22, 2007. APPROVALS AND AMENDMENTS

This Endowment Policy Statement was last amended by a resolution approved by the 98 th Annual Convention of the Diocese of Southwestern Virginia on January 28, 2017.
