Proposed Budget: Budget proposed by the Executive Board based on actual pledges and adjusted expenses. Mission Initiatives : Expenses related to diocesan mission and ministry activities. Evans House Expenses : Overhead expenses connected to the diocesan office including utilities and maintenance. Staff Expense: Staff compensation including benefits, business expenses, travel, and continuing education. Canonical Expenses: Expenses required by Canon law including Annual Convention, diocesan audit, and trainings. Organizational Expenses: Expenses not required by Canon but related to organizational gatherings that support mission. Other Income: Operating support from investments, designated funds, trusts, and insurance proceeds. Other Expenses : Funds set aside annually for expenses that do not transpire every year; investments and casualty fees.
