Muffo Family Scholarship Fund Provides scholarships to graduating NRV high school students or nontraditional students with financial need to pursue a post-secondary degree. Plummer Family Scholarship Fund Provides scholarships to graduating high school students from Grayson County High School and Galax City High School with financial need, a minimum GPA of 3.0, and good moral character. Ray E. & Mary B. Epperly Family Fund Provides scholarships for Eastern Montgomery High School students with average grades. Raymond M. & Edith H. Ingram Scholarship Fund Provides scholarships to graduating seniors from Giles County High School and Narrows High School. Recipients shall demonstrate good moral character with proven ability and desire to further their education. Preference for students with disabilities, particularly those with visual impairment. RBN Inc. Appreciation Scholarship Fund Provides scholarships to students who are immigrants to the U.S. or are the children or grandchildren of immigrants. Preference is given to applicants from the following localities in order of priority: Grayson Co., City of Galax, Floyd Co., Craig Co., Patrick Co., Montgomery Co. (Auburn High School students only), Carroll Co., and the City of Radford. Selection criteria include evidence of a strong work ethic and financial need. Simón-Flora-Grohs Scholarship Fund Provides scholarships to NRV students with a preference for Pulaski County. Selection criteria include a minimum GPA of 3.0. Preference is given to students from disadvantaged and/ or minority populations, and students with disabilities regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sexual or gender identity, or immigration status. Teel Family Scholarship Fund Established in memory of Gene A. “Bull” Teel, Auburn High School Class of ‘70, this fund provides scholarships to Auburn High School graduating seniors pursuing a post-secondary degree. Preference for student athletes enrolled in agricultural high school coursework, or to student athletes who display an interest in agriculture, evidenced by activities such as, but not limited to, membership in Future Farmers of America or Montgomery County 4-H. Terry Helms Memorial Scholarship Fund (Family of Terry Helms) Provides scholarships to Blacksburg High School graduates pursuing a post-secondary degree in math or a related field such as statistics, engineering, or math education at any two- or four year college or university VFW Post 5311 Legacy Scholarship Fund Provides scholarships to VFW Post 5311 members as well as graduating students with financial need from Christiansburg High School, Blacksburg High School, and Auburn High School. Priority is given to members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) or the child, stepchild, or grandchild thereof; an honorably discharged veteran or the child, stepchild or grandchild thereof; and the child, stepchild, or grandchild of a currently serving member of the U.S. Armed Forces to include active duty, reserves, or National Guard. VMCVM Class of 1990 Shelter Veterinarian Scholarship Fund Provides scholarships to students with financial need at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine to pursue a doctor of veterinary medicine degree who intend to practice shelter medicine. Virginia Tech Women’s Club Scholarship Fund Provides scholarships to rising junior and senior women at VT who have demonstrated excellence in academics and service. Virginia Whitaker Memorial Scholarship Fund/ Eggleston Community Fund Provides scholarships to Giles High School graduates with a preference for Eggleston students to pursue a post-secondary degree in education at a two- or four-year college or university. Selection criteria include financial need, a minimum GPA of 3.0, and evidence of extracurricular activities and/ or community service.

Provides scholarships to graduating NRV public high school students with average grades that pursue post-high school studies in the theater or fine arts. Established in 2002, this fund was our first-ever scholarship fund.
