I'm writing to express our appreciation for the professional ser- vice we received from one of your realtors, Gray Trotter. We feel strongly that one can learn more of a person's character in watch- ing how they react when things don't go their way rather than how they react when they do. Such was our case with Mr. Trotter. Unfortunately, we pulled out of a home purchase one hour prior to our scheduled closing after Mr. Trotter completed extensive legwork. Despite this disappointment, Mr. Trotter maintained his professionalism, kind demeanor and dedication to servicing us. He in fact worked with the seller to have our earnest deposit returned even though we were past the redemption period. My wife and I truly appreciated how Mr. Trotter continued to service us even when he had nothing to gain and clearly things "did not go his way".
