Additional Information: Books come alive with re-enactments, games and songs to open the imagination, active movement and language development. The theme of the pre-school level bookswill vary per session depending on the seasons, holidays, animals, etc. We do encourage everyone to visit the local library and for parents to read to children often. Additional Information: Children get a dose of high-energy release activities along with a weekly introduction of motor skills to build strength, balance and coordination as they become more independent. KIDS YOGA – Instructor: Thea Vincenti Eligibility: Ages 3 - 4 ½ Location: Christiansburg Recreation Center – Multi-Purpose Room 1

Additional Information: Get toddler/preschooler on the yoga path to fitness. This classwill help children developways through yoga poses and techniques that will benefit them for life. Class will help with better sleep, fewer tantrums and improves gross and fine motor development. Children will need a yoga mat and yoga blocks. Parents do not stay during classtime.
