Tackle the Tower Have you ever jumped from five meters in the air into 17 feet of water? Well at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center you can! We open our five-meter platform and three-meter spring board to the public. Come and Tackle the Tower at the CAC! All who participate must be able to swim 25 yards. No extra fee May 27 2–4 p.m. Sun June 17 2–4 p.m. Sun July 22 2–4 p.m. Sun Open Scuba Come explore the bottom of the deep end of the competition pool. Participants of Open Scuba will need to produce a copy of their Scuba certification to participate. A hose will be provided to rinse gear off before entering the pool. No pre-registration is required. May 27 4-6 p.m. Sun $10 June 17 4-6 p.m. Sun $10 July 22 4-6 p.m. Sun $10 First Responders Battleship FRIDAY, SEPT. 28 7–9 P.M. Several canoes will enter, only one will triumph! Entry will be free. Donations to our local first responders will be accepted.

CAC Community Yard Sale Spring Cleaning? Turn your unwanted treasures into CASH! Don’t want to sell? No problem, just come on out and shop. To register as a vendor, please visit the CAC to fill out a registration form. Please register by May 2. DATE: May 5 (rain date May 12) TIME: 7 a.m. FEE: $10 one space, $15 two spaces SOUPer SPLASH The CAC and Montgomery County Prevention Partners are teaming up for a food drive on Saturday, April 21. Admission is free from 4-6:30 p.m. with a donation of a non-perishable food item. All collected food items will be donated to the Montgomery County Emergency Assistance Program. Club CAC AUG. 15–DEC. 21 3:45–6:00 P.M. Club CAC is a recreational afterschool program for children in grades K-5. Our staff will pick up your child from Christiansburg Primary or Elementary School at 3:45 p.m. and bring them back to the CAC. Please pack a bathing suit and towel for your child on Fridays. Snacks will be provided. Registration begins July 30. WEEKLY FEE: $50 member/resident, $60 non REG DEADLINE: Friday at 5 p.m. for the following week

Fins Summer Camp Fins Camp is a recreational summer program for rising 1st-4th graders. Your camper will have a blast swimming, creating art projects, learning about new topics and playing with friends. Camp will be held daily from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Swim lessons are available during select weeks for an additional $20 per child. Registration packets will be available online and at the front desk. We highly encourage parents to sign up early! Full payment is due at the time of registration. NEW THIS YEAR The CAC has partnered with Feeding America Southwest Virginia and will provide lunch and one snack every day for all summer campers.
