Our personal training and healthy lifestyle program offers a wide variety of personalized exercise and nutrition options that allow participants to gain a new perspective on total body wellness. Work one-on-one with our certified trainer to become the best version of yourself! Training is available for land and water workouts. Registration forms are now available at the front desk and online!

Fitness Passes Do you want to try a new class, or mix and match your exercise program? If so, the fitness pass is for you!

10 Visit Fitness Pass: $65 Daily Fitness Pass: $7

All fitness classes must have a minimum of five participants. Classes taught in The Cove have a maximum limit of 10 participants. Fitness passes cannot be used if the maximum number of participants for the day has been met.

3-60 minute sessions $100 6-60 minute sessions $190
