Italian Slaw
Ingredients: 1 head cabbage, diced with food processor 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped
Dressing: 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup oil 1-1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup white vinegar
Instructions: Mix the cabbage, pepper and onion together in a large bowl. Combine the dressing ingredients together; sugar, oil, salt and vinegar and bring to a boil and pour over cabbage.
Cool and serve. The slaw keeps well in the refrigerator for several days.

Greatest Pasta Salad Dressing Ever
Ingredients: 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar OR white vinegar
1 tbsp. oregano 2 tbsps. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 2 tbsps. parmesan cheese 1 tsp. pepper
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together and shake well. Great over a pasta salad. Rotini is my favorite. Anything can be added; pepperoni, provolone cheese, olives, mushrooms, red onion, green/red pepper, etc. This can also be used as a fasting recipe if you omit the Parmesan cheese.
