Peanut Butter Fudge
This fudge is made in the microwave and usually takes between 16-17 minutes (depending on microwave)
Start with these ingredients in a microwaveable bowl: 2-cups white sugar 2-cups light brown sugar 12 Oz. carnation evaporated milk 1 stick of butter
Put in microwave and after 4 minutes stir with a mixer on low just long enough to mix. Then, return to microwave taking mixture out every 4 minutes to mix - after 16 minutes check to see if mixture forms a ball and if so it’s ready for next step - if not put back in microwave and check every minute. Once the mixture forms a ball add the following:
7 Oz Kraft marshmallow cream 16 Oz creamy peanut butter - mix and pour in greased pan

Butterscotch Pie
Ingredients: 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup hot water 1 cup milk 4 eggs (3 beaten yolks and 4 egg whites) 6 tbsps. flour 2 tbsps. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions: Cook mixture of brown sugar, water, milk, egg yolks, flour, butter and salt until thickened. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat egg whites, adding 2 tablespoons of sugar until peaks form. Pour butterscotch filling into the baked pie shell and spread the meringue on top. Put pie in the oven on broil until the meringue is browned.
