Important: Periodic inspection of your clubs building(s) and grounds can alert you to potential danger to your property and to those who use it. This portion of the loss prevention worksheet is provided for periodic self-inspection of your property and is recommended for use on a regular basis and prior to any event to assist you in discovering hazards before an accident or incident occurs. Correct all findings upon discovery. Interior and exterior doors and stairways: Are parking areas, walkways, stairs, driveways, etc. free from conditions that could cause slipping, Yes No N/A tripping or falling? Is exterior lighting adequate in all areas around the building and parking or other areas? Do all exit stairs/ramps have handrails? Are all exits clear of obstruction?
