Ron recognized Billy Hobbs and Julie Marshall for their service and time. Input and comments received from the delegates will be reviewed by the bylaws committee. Please contact your bylaws committee through your National Representative or the National office to share your ideas on bylaws and policies. The Chair thanked Chairman Reid and the committee for their work during our convention. The Chair called upon 2024 President-Elect Becky Lane to come to the podium to report on the 2026 National Convention –Lexington, KY. Becky invited 2026 Convention Chair 1999 National President Rick Poff and the Lexington, KY Representative Jenna Erickson to the stage. After the presentation, one free full package registration to the January 23-24, 2026, Ruritan Convention in Lexington, KY was drawn from the first timers that were in attendance. Patricia Jordan, Cove Garden Club was the winner . Becky Lane was awarded the Kentucky Colonel designation. The convention committee also unveiled a Galloping Towards Growth to display results of our growth incentives and measurements throughout the year. The winner of the Lexington bag from the Lexington Convention and Visitors Bureau was Amy Mrstik, Sterling Club. Everyone was given a blue horse sticker recognizing it as the mascot of Lexington, KY. The Chair calls on Registration and Credentials Chair Sandra Lowe to give the final report of the Credentials Committee.
