Reports The Chair called upon the National Treasurer, David Thompson, for his report. David stated that the Treasurer’s report can be found on page 4 of the Annual Report. Fourth paragraph highlights some changes in reporting recommended by our auditors due to an accounting standards update. David thanked all of the clubs for being good stewards for collecting dues and to the District Governors and National Directors for their efforts in collecting delinquent dues. David thanked Alex Sowers and Gary Swink as non-board members on the budget and finance committee and thanked Past National President Mike Morrison, Chair; President Elect Becky Lane, Executive Director Sarah Kelly and Staff Accountant Kory Wirt for all of their hard work. The Chair called upon the National Secretary, Juliann Poff, for her report. The Minutes of the 92nd Annual Convention held in Winston-Salem, NC, were approved by the Board of Directors. A copy of the minutes is reported in the 2024 Annual Report on pages 25-35. Any referenced attachments are on file at the national office. The Chair recognized the national staff and thanked them for all of their work.
