Box 487, Dublin, VA 24084, (540) 674-5431. **Ruri-Teen Clubs must mail the completed form, the $50.00 charter fee and the $100 affiliation fee. ($150 affiliation fee for College clubs) Charter application must be received at least 2 weeks before the date the charter will be presented.
