Registration and Credentials Chair Debi: On behalf of the Credentials Committee, I move for the adoption of this second report. The Chair restated the motion and asked the delegates if there was any discussion. Hearing none, the Chair asked all those in favor of adopting this Credentials Committee second report to say “Aye”, opposed “No”. The Chair declared the motion accepted. Chair Debi: On behalf of the Registration and Credentials Committee, I move to amend the agenda to allow the Teller’s Report be given at this time .
