Donnie has been with the Rogers team since 1995. As auction coordinator, he is involved in the many aspects of the auction process from the initial stages to completion. Donnie oversees setup for all Rogers auctions to ensure they are setup to generate each seller top dollar at auction. Donnie and his wife Von reside in Mount Airy.

Reece grew up in Mount Airy on his family farm raising cattle and sheep. He has extensive knowledge of farm equipment, livestock sales and most anything related to agriculture. Reece lives in Mount Airy, raises his own livestock and is a member of Antioch Baptist Church where he enjoys playing the drums for the church praise team. He is married to Jade Hughes.
