David Blythe of the Blythe team was born in Galax, VA and graduated from Galax High School in 1995. While attending Emory and Henry College he met his wife and Real Estate Team partner, Venida. David’s career took them to Reading, PA for 12 years and Northern VA for 4 years prior to moving to Dobson to manage the family

farm in 2015. After many moves in 16 years, David, Venida, their 2 children and 4 dogs consider Dobson and the surrounding areas their forever home. David serves as President of the Surry Central Band Boosters, as well as, assistant coach for various youth sport teams. He is an active member of Stony Knoll United Methodist Church in Dobson. Venida Casey Blythe was born in Abingdon, VA and graduated from Abingdon High School in 1996. She met David while attending Emory and Henry College and married just after graduation. They lived in Reading, PA for 12 years and Northern VA for 4 years before moving the family to Dobson to take care of the family farm in 2015.

Venida serves as Treasurer for the Dobson Elementary PTO. She is an active member of Stony Knoll United Methodist Church in Dobson. Finally finding their forever home here in Surry County, the Blythe Team is ready to help you sell your current home and/or buy your forever home.

Anita joined Rogers Realty in December 2020 as the company Bookkeeper. She is a graduate of Lamar Salter Technical School in Leesville, LA with a diploma in Accounting and Business Machines. Anita is a native of Merryville, LA and has lived in Surry County for 30 years. She is a member of Freedom and LibertyWorship Center in Pilot Mountain, NC. Her hobbies and interests include reading, sports and spending time with family. She has one son, Jared.
