farm was rented to Rex Morehead until I returned home in 1993 to farm. I believe my father would have been proud that his dream of owning the Wright Place was eventually realized through his son.

On August 13, 1999, 55.6 acres of mountain land with frontage on Route 606 was purchased. Thus connecting the mountain property to the east of Route 606 from the Faulkner property to the north to Hollybrook on Route 608. This land was bought from the Homer Neal Wright family. The farm now encompasses 516.6 acres.
