• More than 20 minutes late – make up time, one day lunch table restriction, Campus Store restriction, and after school Detention. *Infractions accumulate each semester Dress Code Policy All students are expected to report to class wearing the appropriate school dress uniform. Failure to report in the appropriate uniform may result in disciplinary action including*: • 1 st and 2 nd offenses – disciplinary infraction write-up. • 3 rd offense – disciplinary write-up, Campus Store restriction. • 4 th offense – disciplinary write-up, Campus Store restriction, after school Detention. • More than 4 offenses – refer to the Principal for further disciplinary action. *Infractions accumulate each semester Dress Down Saturdays • Dress Down Saturdays are Saturdays when students have earned the privilege of wearing Social Dress to Saturday school. In order to be eligible to participate in Dress Down Saturdays, students are required to wear appropriate School Uniform and Church Dress every day during the period before the Dress Down Saturday. • A list of students eligible to participate in Dress Down Saturdays will be announced (by the Dean of Girls/Dean of Boys) the Friday prior to the Dress Down Saturday. • Only students who have “0” Dress Code Violations during the period before the Dress Down Saturday will be eligible to participate. • Additional incentives for the quarter and semester will be determined at the start of the new school year. Dress Down Saturdays : September 16 th , October 14 th , November 11 th , December 9 th , January 27 th , February 24 th , April 13 th , and May 4 th . Technology Policy Failure to abide by the teacher’s and OHA’s Acceptable Use Policy may result in the following consequences*: • 1 st offense – teacher warning. • 2 nd offense – disciplinary write-up, teacher warning and confiscation of technology device by the teacher for up to one day. • 3 rd offense – disciplinary write-up, confiscation of device for three days. • 4 th offense – disciplinary write-up, confiscation of device for one week. • More than 4 offenses – refer to the Principal for further disciplinary action. *Infractions accumulate each semester Any work that must be completed on confiscated technology must be done after school with direct supervision of the Principal or designee.
