WELCOME

On behalf of the Rotary Club of Stuart, we welcome you to the 71st annual Patrick County Agricultural Fair! We truly appreciate the time, dedication, and effort from everyone who is involved in planning, organizing, and hosting the fair. It is one of our community’s favorite traditions. The fair is supported by many organizations, generous sponsors, advertisers, exhibitors, and many many volunteers! Our Rotarians and many others have worked hard all year to bring you the 71st annual Patrick County Agricultural Fair. Each night, you can count on wonderful entertainment beginning with pre-fair excitement at the Demolition Derby on September 6th. Tuesday through Sunday there will be entertainment in the main area of the Hooker Building and displays of agricultural and craft items in the rear of the Hooker building. Local vendors, advertisers, and organizations will be set up in the main exhibit hall to meet folks and share information. Our animal barn will be full this week with livestock including youth shows for pigs, poultry, goats, and rabbits. We will have a special visit this week from the Virginia Mobile Agricultural Exhibit. The midway will be full all week with games and rides to please our youngest fair go-ers and our thrill seeking fair go-ers alike! Whether you’re a canner, a photographer, a music lover, a quilter, a thrill seeker, a foodie, an animal lover, a farmer, a small business owner, or a pizza eater....this year’s fair has something for YOU! We hope that you will enjoy your trip to the fair with all the sights, sounds, and delicious smells! This one week event brings together friends and families from all over our county and surrounding areas to enjoy a little piece of time past. The Patrick County Agricultural Fair gives us a place to remember our roots, show off our talents, and make memories to last a lifetime.
