We are currently accepting new patients who live in Virginia and who do not have any type of medical insurance and meet the Federal Poverty Level guideline . We can help with sick visits, COVID testing, vaccines (such as COVID-19, Flu, Pneumonia, and TB), chronic healthcare visits, dental services, specialty referrals, laboratory, and prescription services. Please call to make an appointment at 276-694-3410. Walk-ins are welcome upon availability. We are open to see patients on Mondays and Tuesdays. Visits at the free clinic are at NO COST to the patient. Medical Care for the Uninsured
