Any issue a student may have will be treated with courtesy, respect, and confidentiality whether it is about academics, personal problems, dorm problems, or if there is just a need for someone to talk with. • The Counselor is in charge of our counseling program. The Counselor and Student Support Specialist are available to speak to students in regard to personal problems, crisis intervention, and substance abuse. The Counselor is also in charge of college counseling. • In addition to the Counselor, the Student Support Specialist, the Principal, Assistant Head of School, Campus Minister, and Deans have extensive experience and/or training in counseling. Each has an office in the Vaughan Administration Building or English Academic Building, and students should feel free to contact any of them if the need arises. • Each student is assigned a faculty/staff advisor who acts as a resource person for the student during the school year.
