We need kitchen volunteers! We are currently serving around 120 clients per day for lunch. Do you want to have a rewarding time volunteering for a great cause? Come join the #iamramfam team kitchen. As time progresses, many of our faithful kitchen veterans are retiring, and we are looking for new ones to fill in the void. You don’t need to be a chef, just have the heart to be a part of the team! You will have a great experience as you join this team. We are looking for temporary and long term volunteers. Email our Development Director at developmentdirector@raminc.org. local media coverage We recently received great local media coverage from WDBJ7, WSLS 10, and WFIR Radio. We are thankful for the media who truly care about seeing and meeting the need of all of our residents in this time of staggering inflation. These affiliates have covered stories about RAM ranging from our new RAM-Van, the increasing numbers of Financial Assistance clients, to RAM House offering a cooling shelter and resources for the homeless population.
