Science AS Math Requirement(s) 3 cr. Notes: Students should confirm math requirement at four-year institution prior to course selection. Although a math sequence fulfills the requirements for an NRCC program, it may not fulfill the math requirement for the student’s intended major at a four-year institution. For most majors at Virginia Tech’s College of Science or College of Natural Resources, MTH 261 and MTH 262 (or higher) are required.
