1. Visit apply.vccs.edu . 2. If new to the site, click ‘New Users’ to create an account and get started. If returning to the site, click ‘Returning Users’ to log in. 3. Complete all steps of the application and submit. 4. Your student ID number, also referred to as EMPLID or SIS ID and your username will be displayed. Record this information for future reference.
