Noli Express (near Convention Center A) will be open from 6:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. offering breakfast sand wiches, muffins, cakes, bread, and beverages.

Voting Certification ends at 12 p.m. See the Registration Desk to be properly credentialed. Delegates with a WHITE name badge will be able to vote immediately after the First Lady’s Fellowship Luncheon. If you are not attending the lunch, please come to Convention Center A to cast your ballot immediately after the First Lady’s Event. Ballots will be passed out after the program.
