2. Ballot Issue from Approved National Board Motion 2020-08-05 – Proposes to eliminate the New Member Initiation Fee. Passage would amend the Ruritan National Bylaws, Article III, Membership/Members, Section 4. Paragraph G. Fees – Membership. Current : F. Membership Year. The membership year shall be January 1 through December 31. G. Fees – Membership. Each new member, through his/her respective club, shall pay to the Treasurer of Ruritan National an initiation fee of $3.00. H G. Affiliate Member Dues. Affiliate member annual national dues shall be equal to those determined by the BOD for Active Adult members. Proposed : Delete Item G in Section 4, Fees – Membership, entirely (“Item H” becomes the new “Item G”).
