Community Engagement & Workforce Development

We’re committed to supporting the next generation of builders through community engagement and workforce development. By connecting with students through Career Chats, Career Fairs, and hands-on support for local trades programs, we help spark interest in the industry and provide valu able trades education information.

Microgrant Program The NRVHBA Microgrant Program supports local trades programs in schools by providing funding for special projects. These grants help enhance hands-on learning and encourage students to explore careers in construction.

Scholarships The NRVHBA Scholarship Pro gram helps students pursuing ca reers in construction by providing financial support for their educa tion. By investing in future builders and tradespeople, we’re strength ening the industry and ensuring a skilled workforce for years to come.
