BEST KITCHEN UNDER $100,000
EXCELLENCE IN BUILDING AWARD WINNER
accessibility meets style This newly remodeled kitchen was designed to feel airy and spacious while maximizing both storage and ease of movement. By expanding the left side of the kitchen—removing a closet from an adjacent guest room— and widening the doorway, the space was made wheelchair accessible. The large island serves as a central feature, designed for optimal storage and accessibility. The seating area was strategically placed to maintain the open, functional flow of the space. To complement the new design, hardwood floors replaced the existing tile, and the original hardwood was seamlessly matched for a cohesive look. Storage was a key focus, and the design thoughtfully incorporates beautifully lit glass cabinets that add both elegance and interest. In addition to the kitchen itself, the custom cabinet design extended into the adjacent space, creating a perfect transition.
