Students should take these exams prior to transfer. Most institutions require a 2.75 GPA for entry into junior level classes. Students planning to teach at the secondary level (6th - 12th) must major in the academic subject they plan to teach (i.e. English, Science) and should follow the NRCC transfer degree most applicable to that major.
