Accessing GENESYS Reports

Click on: “Reports” at the bottom of the Project Explorer Pane to expand the Reports Menu.

Next, select a report, to open the report writer interface.

Right-click on the report – Opens menu box. “Run” will create the report without opening the Report Designer. Select report parameters as shown:
