GOLF TOURNAMENT

Chamber Members and golfers gather for this tournament and a day of fun and relaxation. Firms and groups of individuals form teams that compete for the Title. Non-golfers enjoy great conversation and networking. Lunch and the awards ceremony, held at the evening’s Business After Hours, add just the right touch to an idyllic workday on the greens.

WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

To celebrate the success of the many women in our community, as well as encourage and support continued growth and development, the Chamber created a local conference which has been taking place since 2014. We serve Montgomery County and many business professional women from the Roanoke and New River Valleys. This day-long program features speakers and workshops and an awards program providing recognition to extraordinary women who make exceptional contributions to our community.

LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE AND BEST PLACES TO WORK

Leadership in Changing Time: A Conference for All is designed for current and emerging leaders of companies of all sizes working and learning from each other on how to improve company culture by incorporating more open and transparent communications, engaging more employees, and working together to better the community. Additionally, our Best Places to Work Program recognizes organizations who are changing and embracing new employment and leadership practices.
