No trigger exists for the Command Center and therefore it is waiting, and the System never completes execution. The Workstation branch needs a “Kill” to terminate execution for the Uncertified User execution path.

Fixing the Non-certified Customer Behavior 1. In the _Perform Geospatial Library Function activity diagram, select the “Workstation” branch

2. Right ‐ click and select Toggle Kill Status from the context menu (note the “kill” label beneath the branch to denote the status)
