New Entity to create a new Item (or double ‐ click Item in the class list) 4. Name the new Item “requests” 5. Drag ‐ drop “requests” on to “Customer Connection” 6. Select transferred by from the pop ‐ up Dragging one entity on to another relates the entities. GENESYS prompts you with the possible relationships to choose from.
