Opening the Document Parser

1. Select the Utilities ribbon tab 2. Click Document Parser The document parser provides an integrated view of the desired document and parsing options 3. In the document parser ribbon, select Load Document 4. Associating a Source Document

The parser can create entities of any type (e.g., function lists, bills of material, etc.) and parse them into any folder For full traceability, we should associate the parsing activity (and the resulting entities) with a source Document 1. Click Select to select the desired Document
