Defining a Table: Column Types

• Common • Attribute – specified attribute for the element or relationship (e.g., description, number) • Class Alias – class alias of the element • Element – element itself shown based upon the default sort block representation • Parameter – specified parameter for the element shown as objective units • Targets – element targets for the specified definition • Less frequently used • Class – class name of the element • Element ID – CORE unique identifier (a GUID) for the element • Folders – folders in which the element resides • Parameter (field) – specific parameter field (value, units) • Relationship – element relationships for the specified definition [only use if accessing a relationship attribute] • Unused – blank column [useful for layout purposes]

• Definition – desired attribute or relationship • Based On – “column” upon which this column acts (“Data” represents the main element) • Header – column label • Repeat Values – option to show data (if checked) or leave blank cell (if unchecked) when targets are shown in separate rows • Relative Width – amount of space to allocate to the column

• Horizontal Alignment – left, center, or right • Vertical Alignment – top, middle, or bottom • Additional columns for Relationship and Targets columns

• Sort Block – CORE sort block controlling sort order and display of the elements • Output as Single Cell – option to shown all target elements in one cell (vs one per row) • Show Column – option to show/hide column (hidden columns can be useful in more advanced tables)
