Pre- and post-conditions for the thread • Pre: product not in inventory; customer is certified • Post: customer has desired product; product stored in inventory 1. Select Function in the project panel 2. Select “Thread 2 - Product not in Inventory” in the elements panel 3. Open an activity diagram Note the importance of stating the pre- and post- conditions. If you don’t agree on where you start and where you stop, defining the journey does not matter.
