Culture

It requires knowing what anchors you. For me, this meant identifying the parts of leadership that don’t just energize my schedule—but stir my soul. I call it finding the work that resonates with your wiring. Not every task will feel like a calling, but there are always threads—those moments when we feel most ourselves, most alive, most aligned

The goal isn’t to create a workplace full of replicas. It’s to create a culture where difference is not just tolerated—it’s treasured. A culture where personality types are not reduced to boxes but used as bridges to better understanding. This is what shifts culture: When authenticity becomes more valued than assimilation. When leadership becomes less about optics and more about origin. When we no longer fear showing up fully, flaws and all. We change the organization not by enforcing culture—but by embodying it. So here’s my challenge to every leader reading this:

"You can’t build a culture of belonging by silencing the parts of yourself that don’t blend in."

Don’t just preach values—personify them. Don’t just manage teams—model truth. And above all, don’t just lead well—lead whole.

Because the moment you begin to show up as your whole self… You give your organization permission to become something whole, too.
