Shipper’s Letter of Instruction

NOTE: TheshipperofhisAuthorizedAgentherebyauthorizestheabovenamedCompany,inhisnameandonbehalf,toprepareanyexportdocuments,tosignandaccept anydocumentsrelatingtosaidshipmentandforwardthisshipmentinaccordancewiththeconditionsofcarriageandthetariffsofthecarriersemployed.Theshipper guaranteespaymentofallcollectchargesintheeventtheconsigneerefusespayment.HereunderthesoleresponsibilityoftheCompanyistousereasonablecarein theselectionofcarriers,forwarders,agentsandotherstowhomitmayentrusttheshipment.
