STADIUM INFORMATION

Emergency/Security Services In the event of a health or security emergency or, dial 911 to be connected with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Dispatcher. To reach Emory & Henry Campus Police/Security, dial (276) 944-9222. First Aid/Ambulance Services In the event of non-life threatning injury, medical personnel from Abingdon Ambulance Service are stationed beside Lou Wacker Grandstand of Fred Selfe Stadium near the scoreboard. Emergency Exits Gates behind each end zone and a gate behind the home and visitor’s grandstands will be opened in the event of an emergency. In the unlikely event that the stadium would need to be evacuated, please proceed calmly to the nearest exit. Inclement Weather Should you be asked to leave the seating areas of the stadium due to thunder or lightning, please make your way to the John Rutledge King Center, Martin-Brock Student Center or Van Dyke Center. Once the weather clears, you will be notified at the appropriate time that it is safe to occupy the grandstands. Restrooms Restrooms are located underneath Lou Wacker Grandstand. Concessions Concession stands are located underneath Lou Wacker Grandstand. The concession stands are operated by Sodexo, E&H’s food service provider, and feature Pepsi products. Prohibited Items Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products (including electronic cigarettes/vapes) are not permitted in the Stadium. Pets, with the exception of service animals, are also not permitted. Stadium Etiquette E&H wishes for everyone to enjoy your time on campus this season and asks that everyone shows respect for others around them. Please do not bring radios, umbrellas or video recorders into the seating areas. If you wish to video the game, please do so from the top of the stands. Also, please respect the rights of reserved seat holders. Reserved and general admission seating sections are marked in the home grandstand. Field Access For your safety, and for the safety of others, only credentialed personnel are allowed on the field. Also, please do not stand or sit on the brick wall surrounding the field. Lost and Found Found items may be turned into the press box during the game. These items will be taken to the King Center following the game and may be claimed on Monday morning. If you lose something, contact the Department of Athletics at (276) 944 6233 to see if it has been found. Press Box The Press Box is off limits to spectators. If you need to report an emergency, campus police officers and ushers are stationed throughout Fred Selfe Stadium.
