By age five, 90% of brain development has occurred, and access to reliable childcare and education increases workforce participation rates. Workforce Innovation We help people discover, learn, and do the jobs of tomorrow. By connecting career discovery, skill development, and regional employers, we support a prepared workforce and prosperous economy. Thriving and Engaged Communities We engage our community through collective action.
