20. The Blood Is Still There

Meditation: Imagine the terror in the land of Egypt for all who feared the God of Israel. According to God's curse upon Pharaoh, the death angel would pass through the land to kill the firstborn son of every household. God had given His people a way to escape this judgement. By applying the blood of a lamb to their door-posts and lintel, death would pass over that household. God has provided a way for every man to escape eternal death and condemnation and have eternal life.  By Seeing that the Judgment for Sin is Death. Romans 5:12, "So death passed upon all me n…" Romans 3:10,23, "All have sinned…" Romans 6:23, "The wages of sin is death…" Revel. 20:14, "Death…cast into the lake of fire..." John 3:18, "He that believeth not is condemned already…" **The unprotected soul will DIE!**  By Realizing that the Pardon has been Granted. John 1:29, "Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world." I Cor. 5:8, "Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us." Lev. 17:11, "It is the blood that maketh atonement for the soul." Heb. 9:22, "Without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin." I John 1:7, "The blood of Christ cleanseth us from all sin." I Peter 1:19, "Redeemed with the precious blood of Christ as a lamb without blemish and without spot."  By Applying the Blood of Christ to Your Soul. John 5:24, "Verily, verily I say unto you, he that heareth my word and believeth on Him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come unto condemnation, but is passed from death unto life."
